0.4.1 50,000 community resource persons to be trained in enterprise development.
0.4.2 50 lakh SHG members to receive Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) training.
0.4.3 Linked to the national goal of creating 3 crore Lakhpati Didis (SHG women earning ₹1 lakh+ annually).
